Chai Spiced Peanut Butter Cookies
Soft and crunchy peanut butter cookies infused with warm chai spices. A delightful treat for peanut butter and chai lovers.
Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon cardamom pods
- 1 teaspoon whole black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- Use a spice or coffee grinder to make a fine powder. Set aside.
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons chai spice
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Combine the dry ingredients and beat together the wet ingredients, and then beat to combine the two. Scoop the cookie dough with a large sized cookie scoop and place them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350.
