Beat the heat with Peanut Butter Green Smoothie Popsicles – a refreshing and healthy frozen treat for the entire family.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 small banana
  • 3 tablespoons milk (or formula, breast milk or water)

Directions

  1. Suggested Age: 5+ months
  2. In a blender, mix together spinach, peanut butter, mango, banana and liquid. Pour green smoothie into popsicle molds; freeze until solid.
