Beat the heat with Peanut Butter Green Smoothie Popsicles – a refreshing and healthy frozen treat for the entire family.
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 small banana
- 3 tablespoons milk (or formula, breast milk or water)

Directions
- Suggested Age: 5+ months
- In a blender, mix together spinach, peanut butter, mango, banana and liquid. Pour green smoothie into popsicle molds; freeze until solid.
