Pea-nutty Turmeric Latte

Ingredients
- 2 cups soy milk or milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons peanut powder
- 1-2 teaspoons honey, depending on desired sweetness
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions
- Heat small saucepan over low heat. Add the milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, peanut powder, honey and vanilla, and stir to until well-combined. Bring to steaming – just below a simmer — for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil. Remove pan from heat. Stir vigorously. Taste and add cayenne pepper if using.
