Peanut Butter Glow-Up

Peanut Butter Glow-Up 

This recipe is a part of the National Peanut Board’s Health Nut Club College Tour.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana ​
  • 1 oz granola ​
  • 2 oz peanut butter ​
  • 2 oz chocolate (milk, dark, white or semi-sweet okay), can be melted or chips
  • 1 6oz crepe

Ingredients for 4 crepes

  • 1 large eggs​
  • ¼ cup milk, 2% ​
  • ¼ cup water ​
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt ​
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour ​
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted ​

Directions

  1. Whisk the milk, water, eggs, and salt.​
  2. Gradually whisk in the flour and butter.​
  3. Scoop the batter onto a hot griddle.​
  4. Cook until lightly browned on the bottom.​
  5. Flip and continue cooking until done on both sides.​
  6. Add toppings and enjoy​
