Multipurpose Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup warm water (more if needed to thin sauce)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1½ to 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon ginger, ground
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
