Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Balls are a no-bake and eggless treat that combines the flavors of peanut butter and cookie dough.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2⁄3 cup peanut flour
- 5 tablespoons peanut butter, no stir
- 4 tablespoons honey or agave
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄3 cup chocolate chips

Directions
- In a bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey and vanilla until smooth. Add in the oat flour and peanut flour and stir until a dough form. Fold in chocolate chips. Separate the dough into 12 evenly sized balls. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for two hours before serving. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
