Enjoy a refreshing strawberry honey peanut salad with a delightful balance of flavors.
Ingredients
- For salad:
- 1 ½ cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 ½ cup broccoli, cut
- ½ cup honey-roasted peanuts, lightly chopped
- For dressing:
- 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
