Fire up the grill for Thai peanut butter grilled burgers, packed with flavor and your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce, reduced sodium
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • 8 hamburger buns

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.
