Torito Veracruzano (Veracruz Little Bull)

Prepare a traditional Torito Veracruzano, a refreshing Mexican cocktail.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces (one pound) peanut butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups Tequila
- crushed ice
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder

Directions
- Place first five ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend.
- Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a salt shaker.
- Serve with crushed ice in a martini glass.
- Sprinkle with the confectionary sugar and cinnamon.
